Adding or Dropping Classes
During the first 9 days of the semester, auditors may drop or add classes. We are unable to issue refunds after the eighth day of the semester. Check the calendar page for all CAP deadlines.
Adding a Class
Auditors may add courses to their schedule, per seat availability starting, on the third day of registration through the end of the second week of classes. Registration is through the Registration site. Auditors may take up to 4 classes per semester including an Auditor Only class.
Dropping a Class - Refunds
A written request is required to drop a class and obtain a refund, emails are acceptable. It must be received no later than 5:00 pm by the final day of cancellation. Please send an email with your name, course name and course number to the CAP office or complete the refund form below and drop it off at 4 Mercer Street. The CAP office may be contacted at 609-268-0202 for assistance with refunds.
New Auditor Activation:
August 1-31, 2017 weekdays only
Course Registration: January 25-27, 2017
Cancellation Deadline: February 15, 2017, by 5pm
