Adding or Dropping Classes

During the first 9 days of the semester, auditors may drop or add classes. We are unable to issue refunds after the eighth day of the semester. Check the calendar page for all CAP deadlines.

Adding a Class

Auditors may add courses to their schedule, per seat availability starting, on the third day of registration through the end of the second week of classes. Registration is through the Registration site. Auditors may take up to 4 classes per semester including an Auditor Only class.

Dropping a Class - Refunds

A written request is required to drop a class and obtain a refund, emails are acceptable. Refund requests must be received no later than 5:00 pm February 2022, date to be determined. The last day to cancel without a refund is February, 2021, date to be determined. Please send an email with your name, course name and course number to the CAP office or complete the refund form below and drop it off at 4 Mercer Street. Important Dates

Course Registration - Spring: January 19-21, 2022

Refund Deadline - Spring: February 2, 2022, written notification required

New Auditor Account Creation: May 31- June 6, 2022

New Auditor Activation: June 6 - 10, 2022 by appointment, weekdays only
