Madison's Notes is the official podcast of the James Madison Program in American Ideals and Institutions. The podcast features lectures by and conversations with leading scholars and public figures on topics related to politics, philosophy, religion, history, and more. 

Episode 25 features Wang Xiyue, a doctoral candidate in history at Princeton University who spent 40 months in captivity in Iran. Xiyue joined the podcast to discuss his captivity and the past, present, and future of U.S.-Iranian relations. Xiyue is as courageous and thoughtful as they come, and he brings invaluable knowledge and understanding of the Iranian regime.
